Easy to schedule service to get our opener fixed. Scheduler set a 8-12 window and David, the technician, was right on schedule. He was able to re-program our opener and lubricate the tracks. Cost quite reasonable for a house call. Would definitely use Prestige again.

Jeff was excellent. He took the time to inspect my 1985 garage door system and clearly explained what was worn and why. Yesterday was our second experience with Precision, and once again we couldn't be happier with the service. Jeff did a fantastic job! I had a 40+ year-old garage door. The bearings were shot. The springs were the wrong size. The pulleys were locked up. I chose the mid-level and the installation was super quick as a bonus. Jeff took a look at my existing 24-year-old opener that hadn’t worked in years. He adjusted some of the sensors did a little tweaking and he got that to Work! I was shocked, superservice Highly recommended!
