Patrick arrived in a timely manner. After examining the damage to the garage door he provided me with 3 options for repair and upgrade. I informed him of my choice and he got right to work. The work was completed and he tested the finished work and presented me with the final bill and accepted my payment. Patrick was professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing their garage door repaired.

We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.

Can I leave more than 5 stars? Precision did a great job from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and they had me on the schedule within a matter of hours. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand my options without making me feel pressured to repair more than just my springs. I'd say overall they were competitive with what I expected, so even if I ended up paying $100-200 more, it was 100% worth it for the quality of service and speed. It's obvious why they have such high ratings and I'd suggest giving them a call before calling anyone else.
