Our experience with Precision was great. Quick response, great communication. Kept us informed every step of the way literally than Technician Jessie arrived exactly on time and was great! Very professional, very nice, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision to move forward with the repair and we are glad we did. The original installers of our garage door couldn't even give us a day that they could do the repair. This company is AWESOME!!! From the convenience of making the appointment, the awesome tech “Leo”, paying process etc was super easy and there was no stress at all. I love that the van was stocked with the items needed to complete the project that Leo was working on at my home so there was no need to schedule another visit. The text that gives you an alert that that the tech is on their way was so cool because it had a picture of the tech and a bio which I found to be pretty awesome. Leo came to my door with a big smile and an enthusiastic hello. He listen carefully to what was going on with my garage door and walked me through what he felt I should do. There was no pressure or awkward moments. Leo completed the job, cleaned up, and gave me a little lesson on my new motor. I highly recommend this company and I am so happy I found them. I plan on replacing the motor in my other garage door next year and will definitely as for Leo. Great job Leo and Precision Garage Door Service. One of my garage doors wouldn’t go go down all the way. I had a coupon for Precision garage doors. When I called, they were very courteous and gave me an appt the next day. Joshua, my technician analyzed the problem, told me the cost based on the age of the door(very old) fixing the immediate problem, and the cost replacing more parts to upgrade system. I was extremely satisfied and recommend Precision highly!
