Jeffrey Barrales, the technician, arrived on time and within 30 minutes of making the appointment. He was courteous and professional. I selected Precision as website indicated they had Saturday hours and could fix the problem today, which they did. The repair costs were a little on the pricey side but I would recommend them. Jeffrey did good work and explained everything as well as the cost prior to starting the work. He also explained everything that he did upon completing the work. Again, job well done! Called in the morning because of a broken cable. You were able to send a tech this morning.Jeffrey called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time. I asked him to check both doors. He explained that he would evaluate both doors, let me know what he found and then would explain the different packages. He was very knowledgeable and we discussed what he found and then showed me the packages. I chose what I thought was best for me and then he did the work. When he finished he showed me everything he did. I was very satisfied with all he did.Jeffrey was very courteous and professional. Thanks for your help.

Technician periodically let us know when he would be here. He also showed up on time . Door was old and needed to be replaced. Technician ordered what we needed and we are now awaiting installation. So far we are very pleased with everything .

I like julien who is your sales cum marketing personnel.He explained the process and prices for the garage door as well as opener. Your installer Angie was excellent mechanic and was very cooperative and performed as per expectation. However I do not like one thing to put add on price even if it is only $100 or so for our door keypad. Overall I am totally satisfied. Angie also asked for review but all the links he provided in the request such as gogle,Facebook etc,I do not use those Apps.

The experience was superb (and I don't use that word lightly). From the initial call-in to the very end, the Precision personnel were efficient, responsive, and courteous at all times.Under my particular circumstances in which we had guests visiting that night, I received a same-day 4 hour afternoon window for the repairman -- and he arrived within an hour of my call after calling me to alert me when he could be expected. Very impressive teamwork. The repairman fixed the problem in 20 minutes, start to finish. All in all, it was an excellent experience and relieved a lot of anxiety for me and my wife given the gusts coming later that day.

Great service - other service providers charge an upfront fee before any service is provided and some do not waive this when then providing the service. Precision waives the fee if $100+ repairs required. In this case only minor adjustments and application of lubricant required - did so at no charge! On my list of service providers to go to

I was delighted to be able to book a service appointment for the next day online - without having to make a phone call! Jeff did a terrific job replacing the sensors on our (very old!) garage door openers. He tweaked the settings and also lubricated the rails and both doors work perfectly now. Should be five stars...but isn't. Sales/tech really good, pricing competitve, product fine, all good...unless you want to reach the sales tech. You have to call the office, listen to five minutes of their rendition stolen from a 1990 sitcom, then get a person who is ''connecting' you to the tech, which never works so after another 5 minute or more of 'Garage Ties" they come on to say they left a message for him. Your not allowed to call his cell...he isnt allowed to give it to you...i am assumign because the company doesnt want them moonlighting..however if the sales/tech peoplke are going to do that, this would never sotp them...it only makes it horribly inconvenient for the buyer/customer.

Precision is the best! This is the second time they installed and/or repaired the garage in my property. The first one was Leo. He was great. He did a fantastic job of putting a brand new state of the art garage door and motor. The second was Joshua. He came in on time and fixed my wobbling garage door panel. He also advised me about the poor quality of the existing garage door (this is for another property where the garage door was installed by the builder) and recommended a better quality replacement. Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable.
