Two young fella's were here to install a new battery for the overhead door. While here they fixed another problem that I had with the door closing when the sun was shinning on it. The laser lights near the floor were out of alignment. They were really nice young men. Of course I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their overhead door.

I called Precision Door on Monday 11/9 and was given an appointment for the following morning. I was updated by text about my appointment and who would be coming to my house. Today, Tuesday 11/10 Mike Manning and another Mike came to my house at the time scheduled. They were both extremely kind and very professional & knowledgeable. I was told what was wrong and given an estimate for the work needed. I found the price to be very reasonable and told them to go ahead and do the job. They completed the work in an hour and explained everything to me. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone and thanks again Mike & Mike!!!

Some little character got into our garage and decided to dine on the wiring for our door remote! I went online saw the good reviews for Precision Door Service, called and Leo the technician was here the following day! He addressed the problem but also accessed another issue with the door! We gave the go ahead and what a difference it made in it's operation! Bottom line, would highly recommend Precision Door and ask for Leo who services homes in Fairfield County!
