We were pleasantly surprised that when we called in the late afternoon, we were able to arrange a service visit for the next morning. We received two calls to update us about the arrival time. I had an emergency regarding my garage door later Friday afternoon . I called the company I had used in the past and they couldn’t come until Monday. Precision garage doors came out Saturday morning. Carlos arrived and was great. Took pictures and let me know what was going on. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and ability to work till the job got done!

My garage door opener was not functioning properly. My long term garage door service company had gone out of business. I did some quick on-line research and decided to call Precision. From my initial call, I was impressed! The phone representative was friendly and was able to book an appointment on a Saturday morning. Several confirming calls/texts were sent as well as information about the service technician. Our technician, Leo, also called when he was en-route and gave a very accurate arrival time. He asked me several questions about the opener, our experience with it and how I had maintained it. Since the unit was, as expected, operating properly when he arrived, he did have to do some investigative work and did determine the issue. Leo laid out my options and I concluded that replacing the unit was the best long term solution. I was impressed that Leo had the time and necessary supplies to change out the motor. He spent time with me explaining all the features of the unit and helped reprogram my cars as well. Leo was quite friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. During his visit, he received several calls from other Precision technicians asking him for advise on issues... I was pleased I had a very experienced technician. While I know I was "up-sold" and perhaps could have simply repaired my 10+ year old opener, it made sense to replace it know and I was impressed that we could get this done in one appointment. I will surely use Precision (and Leo) for any future garage door repair issues.

My garage door would not open during a snow storm on a weekend. Precision was the only company to answer the phone. I read good things online about them so went with them. Carlos was my technician. He called twice to update me on his arrival time. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what was wrong and went over all my options. He performed the work quickly. Leo came by for a short while to help and was very friendly as well. The experience was as good as it could possibly be and I would not hesitate to use Precision again or recommend them to anyone.

Solid service and solution. We had some contractor work done to repair some water leak damage and in the process the contractors needed to take down part of a small rear garage door as the ceiling was trashed and needed to be re-done. Unfortunately, they broke some things while doing this. I called Precision to get the now broken safety sensors re-wired and do an overall safety check. After scheduling, their online system gave me updates on who was showing up and when, and they did so within the promised timeframe. Leo fixed our stuff and did safety checks on our other garage doors. He took the time to re-wire in an unobtrusive way and he replaced the sensors. All was at what I thought was a reasonable cost. They're definitely going to be the call if I need other services.

Dear Doug, The young man who came to my aid yesterday was most helpful despite the fact that I was unable to give him a car key that he needed to remove a car obstructing an area that he needed to access for proper appraisal of a door problem. He did establish that my opener was working properly which was wonderful and did point out the many possible breakdown areas of both my forty-eight year old garage doors. of the door problem.

I would award five stars to our installer who replaced two torsion springs (one broken) and cables (frayed). I chose Precision from an internet list of providers, phoned and liked the response. Also, and very important, I was able to schedule having the work done within two days.

I can not say enough about this service provider. I called Precision in a panic in the morning that my garage door came crashing down. The crash jolted the rails and I was not able to open the door at all and my car was stuck inside. They got someone out to the house promptly that day. Julian arrived and he was one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable people. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several possible alternatives for correcting it. He worked diligently and with a smile for several hours in spite of the cold 30-degree temperature in the garage. The new garage door openers are now installed and working even better than before. I never knew an opening garage door could be so silent. Thank you Precision and especially to Julian.
