We wanted to replace our Genie garage door openers (that were installed in 1999!) with new Genie garage door openers that had a battery back up and lights, since our old models did not. Their communication with the customer is the best I have ever experienced. Gafur was our expert installer. He asked us questions about our concerns, he inspected everything, garage door, springs, and explained what is included in the purchase. Gafur provided options based on our request for light and battery back up feature, and we were very pleased that he was able to begin the installation same day. Once complete, he walked us through everything. We are extremely happy we contacted Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT to replace/install new Genie garage door openers, we are also very comfortable now that Gafur did a complete inspection of every component of the garage door, springs, rollers, and provided new outdoor key pads, remotes and indoor opener. Really expensive, which lowers my score. But they did come out on a Saturday and they did replace the garage door springs in about an hour. Being able to create an online appointment was helpful compared to other companies I left phone messages with and they did not return my calls.

All communications were excellent. 24 hour turnaround on a big repair. Our technician, Joshua, was absolutely A list. Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional.
