Superb service!! One of my cables and springs broke on a Friday night and I was able to have someone come by the next day to do the repair. Mike was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I used your company before (found you in the yellow pages, I think) and I was beyond happy with the work they did for me--so there was no question that I would be a return customer. This call was to replace the bulbs in the overhead garage door opener--no way was this 75-year-old lady going to get up on a ladder to do it herself! I was thrilled "my" tech showed up again (and fast!)--Jeff Barrales is the best!! Wish I could give him, and your company, ten stars!!! BTW: Your choices of "service performed" and "new product" don't include either of these. Maybe expand the choices???

I have had Precision garage doors for 10 years and love them. Recently I had a problem (my first) and called for service. They were here the next day. It seems I had knocked a sensor loose, The technician, who called twice before arriving to keep me informed of his arrival time and could not have been friendlier, fixed it and I was never charged for the call or the service. If you need garage doors or to service then, you cannot do better than Precision Overhead Garage Door Service
