I have been a general contractor in South Florida for 18 years and was in need of replacement panels for several garage doors at an apartment complex. After being let down by the company I had previously used, I called Precision based on reviews and reputation and have been pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied so far. I needed my project to be addressed quickly and Robert and Edward met me on site next day. They were on time, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable and are capable of handling my project within the timeline I requested. We have not installed any of the doors yet and I will update or add another review once the work is complete but so far I am 100% satisfied and believe that I have found my go-to company for any garage door service and installation moving forward. Great job guys, I look forward to working with you!

You rarely get service like this company offers. My appointment window was exact, and the technician was polite and willing to explain everything. They do a great job from ordering through payment, all on an iPad. And there was no paperwork to sign in triplicate and later scan. Instead, I got everything emailed to me same day (same minute!).

Three years ago I had a garage door installed with Precision and was totally satisfied with the service and professional installation of this company. Now I needed an electric opener and I called them again, this is how businesses grow by offering good service and quality products. I called in the morning and the tech was here within one and half hours. Less than two hours later it was done. The technician, Rainier Salcedo, is a true professional. Everything was done neatly and explained everything. Once again, thank you Precision!

We searched the internet for a garage door repair service opened on Saturday & a location close to zip code 33157. Your name came up with positive reviews! Here’s another one from us: Technician called before arriving, and arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. Jose Valdes was our technician. Extremely professional, personable, & presented us with options and went to work immediately. He replaced the broken torc spring, updated several moving parts (wheels & bearings) all in a workmanlike manner. This review comes from a retired residential contractor with 50 years experience who found it a pleasure to observe his efficiency!

I chose Precision Door Service because of their experience, time servicing the south Florida area and their fast and professional ability to respond to my home and repair what was needed. The Technician, Juan, was on time, very professional, and patiently explained what was needed, and gave me several options on how to approach the repair and how much I would pay for each option. I would definitely recommend Precision. I will be a customer for life. I rarely meet people with such a high level of customer service. I was in need to install the garage door opener and I called Precision after i tried several other companies. The Precision offered me a service same day. The technician, Fabian, performed a job on a higly professional level. He was pleasant to talk and explained to me that in my best interest i have to replace the rolleres as the original one give too much noise and out of the code. I took his recommendation seriosly and agreed on change.
