Bringing that experience and putting it to use with our company has helped make sure we are able to handle even complicated issues pretty easily here in Miami. Fabian is a theme park enthusiast and usually spends time off heading to Orlando for the parks as much as he can. You can be confident that whatever problem your door is having, Fabian has seen it and fixed it perfectly before!

Highly impressed with the online chat service provided. I logged on after 8PM yesterday-Saturday 2/27/21, and within 10 minutes, Mary had provided me with an appointment for today between 2-4 PM. Fabian arrived at 3:30 and replaced broken spring and installed 10 silicone rollers. The whole ordeal probably took about 30-40 min. Garage door has never been quieter. Satisfied customer. This is a first class company. The estimate was correct. The appointment time was kept.The replacement of the 2 overhead doors was perfect down to sweeping the floor and leaving a can of lubricant and showing me what to spray every 6 months.The installer was polite and even got a call while he worked from the owner to make sure there were no problems with the install.You will not be disappointed with Precision Door Service.

I called Precision Door Service of Miami after another company failed to show up as promised. The staff at Precision Door Service of Miami was so helpful! Originally they scheduled me for a few days out, but worked some magic and was able to see me the very next day instead ( that day happened to be Sunday of a Holiday weekend). The technician Fabian was prompt and professional!! My issue was a simple fix but he took the time to educate me on my garage door and the recommended maintenance. Companies and employees like this are few and far between these days! Thank you and I’d recommend them to everyone with garage door install or repair needs!!

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, Robert, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.

I was in need to install the garage door opener and I called Precision after i tried several other companies. The Precision offered me a service same day. The technician, Fabian, performed a job on a higly professional level. He was pleasant to talk and explained to me that in my best interest i have to replace the rolleres as the original one give too much noise and out of the code. I took his recommendation seriosly and agreed on change.

Fabian Veloso came out first for an inspection and then a few days later for the repair. Explored all options very fairly and explained in detail what to expect. Install went great. Much faster than I expected. These guys went above and beyond. Easy to recommend this company.
