I found your technician, Darren, to be very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Fantastic. Said they would be here between 8-12. I got a call about 8:15 and Justin said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes. He was. He analyzed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes or so. But here is the real news. He figured out that the reason the door was sticking was because I had painted the wall beside the track, not the track itself, and that was preventing the track from flexing enough to allow the door to close smoothly. I think that was fantastic, real service and knowledge! Way to go Justin.

I thought the service I received was excellent. I called and within an hour I had a technician arrive at my house. My technician, Travis, was very knowledgeable and experienced.
