Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000. Yes I had a great experience with Joshua and Precision.Showed up earlier than scheduled. He explained all of my options and walked me through what the issue was with my door and motor. I decided to have him go ahead and install the new motor option. I'm so happy I did. The price was a bit on the high side of the budget that I had in mind, but the end result was worth it. Joshua was meticulous and installed all of the components with attention to detail. I appreciated that. To also know that I can have Precision as my go to vendor was a nice perk. All communications were excellent. 24 hour turnaround on a big repair. Our technician, Joshua, was absolutely A list. Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional.
