I was extremely disappointed with the service. It needed a minor adjustment and the repairman all he did was show me the costs to replace the whole system which was several thousands of dollars I had to ask about just a standard service which was a few hundred dollars. If I didn’t ask I feel he would’ve tried to replace the whole motor which I don’t need I am a lawyer and this is tantamount to fraud or severe unethical business practices I will be contacting the state attorney generals office as well as leave reviews publicly so others can be aware of this potential scam by your company

From the first contact by phone, the employee was helpful, even friendly, and sounded like she was up the street not in a massive call center owned by private equity somewhere off shore. The technicians were on schedule, prepared, explained their process, diagnosed the issues and provided options for resolutions in a clear and price transparent manner. They performed the work, communicated well and did exactly what they said they would do and fixed several issues with skill. I am very pleased by the visit and work completed by Aleksei Coss this morning on very short notice! We had returned from vacation yesterday to find that there had been a power surge or lightening strike on the power lines on our street causing chaos for many neighbors/home owners. In addition to having the transformer on our HVAC burned out, we found that we could not get into our garage. Aleksei arrived, checked circuit breakers, manually opened a garage door and found a garage circuit breaker which had tripped, probably as a result of the power surge. We are most pleased with his service, his explanations and his expertise. Thank you!
