The service I received on a Sunday for a warranty claim made on Saturday was incredible. Most companies wouldn’t even receive the call until Monday. The technician was great and communicated about his expected arrival time so that I wasn’t trapped in the house all day waiting for the repair. Kudos to Precision Door for a great service experience. Service was super fast. I could have had it same day but I scheduled for the following day. Rick called prior to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Rick took his time explaining the repair situation to me in an easy to understand manor and provided several options from minimal repair to full door replacement. I opted to go somewhere in the middle and the garage door was secured and put back into great working order. Took the time to show me all of the work and demonstrate door while pointing out the repairs. All this was done for less then I expected to pay. Great experience and won't hesitate to call these guys again!!
