We originally scheduled for a check up because one of our neighbors had a problem with broken springs. There home is similar in age to ours. Ryan did a complete check up and found that the springs were weakened so we decided to replace them. He did an excellent job and fully tuned up the garage door. 5 stars for Ryan.

Appointment booking was easy and they updated me continuously right up to the point of tech arriving at my home. David arrived, thoroughly investigated the problem I was having with my garage door. He provided 3 estimates for repairs + a complete replacement estimate. He didn't over sell or pressure. Once I made a decision he went right to work and had the door fully functional in less than 2 hours while keeping me apprised of the repairs throughout ALL while working in less than favorable weather conditions (IT WAS COLD!) Excellent service and I highly recommend Precision!

Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly. The technician contacted us a half hour before arriving to tell us he was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, informative and efficient, and resolved the issue with a new keypad. Called in the morning because of a broken cable. You were able to send a tech this morning.Jeffrey called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time. I asked him to check both doors. He explained that he would evaluate both doors, let me know what he found and then would explain the different packages. He was very knowledgeable and we discussed what he found and then showed me the packages. I chose what I thought was best for me and then he did the work.
