Jeff was excellent. He took the time to inspect my 1985 garage door system and clearly explained what was worn and why. He showed me multiple opener and hardware options and let me choose what best fit my needs. Jeff did a fantastic job! I had a 40+ year-old garage door. The bearings were shot. The springs were the wrong size. The pulleys were locked up. I chose the mid-level and the installation was super quick as a bonus. Jeff took a look at my existing 24-year-old opener that hadn’t worked in years. He adjusted some of the sensors did a little tweaking and he got that to Work! I was shocked, superservice Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service and work. David was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I thought the pricing was fair, especially with the quality of service. I called on a Friday and by Saturday at 1 pm I had a whole new system that operates nearly silently. I will be using them again for all maintenance needs, repairs, and for new doors in the future.

A sprocket/gear broke on our 20 year old garage door opener. After discussing options with technician Ryan Murphy we opted to replace vs repair given the age of the unit. He had the new equipment on the truck and completed the installation in under 2 hours which included tuning, stabilizing and adjusting all components of the garage door. Great communication from my initial phone call to completed install. Ryan was fantastic! Highly recommend.

All communications were excellent. 24 hour turnaround on a big repair. Our technician, Joshua, was absolutely A list. Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional. Highly recommended.
