Outstanding service! The coil/spring on one of our garage doors snapped in half. I called and made an appointment and a repair man, David, who was very professional, came out to my house within approximately an hour after my call to do the replacement of the coil and he also replaced the two cables for the door with far more sturdy ones. The service itself took a little over 30 minutes and the results were perfect. I was stunned by how quickly I was able to get someone to come out and do the repairs. In my prior experiences with other garage door repair companies, it has taken several days before I could get an appointment for the repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. They are the best!

We wanted to replace our Genie garage door openers (that were installed in 1999!) with new Genie garage door openers that had a battery back up and lights, since our old models did not. He asked us questions about our concerns, he inspected everything, garage door, springs, and explained what is included in the purchase. Gafur provided options based on our request for light and battery back up feature, and we were very pleased that he was able to begin the installation same day. Once complete, he walked us through everything. Precision (Gafur specifically) was excellent. He let me know when he would arrive and updated me on his progress. When he arrived he was very personable and professional. My original call was to repair a broken spring that prevented my garage door from opening, but after his careful and thorough inspection, it was determined that much more was required. In the end I had much of the entire system replaced including the motor and several parts that needed to be updated and replaced. Gafur was fast and efficient and the work was completed quickly. He also helped me set up the system to include guiding me through setting up WiFi access to the garage and creating new passwords for the unit. He was a pleasure. Thank you Pecision for you quick response to my request for help and for sending Gafur. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing any garage-related work done professionally and expeditiously.

The motor on our garage door went during a storm. Unfortunately, it raised the door before it went. The manual release was jammed. We called Precision and put in a service call. It was a Saturday afternoon. (Why do things only go on weekends or holidays?) Carlos got to our house in 20 minutes. He checked it out and said we needed a new motor. He got the release to work so we could close and lock the door. The garage is attached, so leaving it open was not an option. He came back the following week and replaced it in less than an hour. We could not be happier with the service. I'm sure the motor on our other garage door will probably go before too long. I will definitely call them again. Fast and courteous! I would highly reccomend them.

Individual came to my house for a free quote after I submitted an inquiry in the website. He gave me the run down of the items and I was floored by the cost. Literally double what another local company quoted me. Once I told the technician to send me an email with the quote and I would think about it, he asked if I was familiar with the $70 service fee that I had to pay him. I said this wasn’t a service call, it was a quote and I would not pay a $70 service fee. The tech then said that if I purchased $100 or more from him he would waive the fee. As he is bartering for this fee, I got an email from the company with an invoice for $0.00 saying thank you. I then showed this to the tech and he said how weird that was then got in the van and left. I feel like they were trying to pull a fast one and pressure me into some kind of purchase. I wonder how many people fell for this.

This was my first experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and I can highly recommend it! The online appointment sign-up was thorough and easy. They kept in touch via text and email to notify me they had received my request, when they would arrive and the name and credentials of the technician. The day of, they contacted me with their arrival time. The technician, Alexis, was polite and knowledgeable. One of my garage doors wouldn’t go go down all the way. I had a coupon for Precision garage doors. When I called, they were very courteous and gave me an appt the next day. Joshua, my technician analyzed the problem, told me the cost based on the age of the door(very old) fixing the immediate problem, and the cost replacing more parts to upgrade system.
