Our garage door had malfunctioned and we were unable to get our car out. Precision fielded our call with a competent human being (Liz), politely explained capabilities and got us on their repair schedule for the next AM. Carlos Ortiz arrived on time and examined the door, promised we’d get things operational quickly that day, clearly explained options for repair (just enough, good, better, best), and then cheerfully and professionally performed the work. Whatever we’d chosen to do, he had the parts on the truck. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. We’ll use Precision again.

Jeffrey Barrales, the technician, arrived on time and within 30 minutes of making the appointment. He was courteous and professional. I selected Precision as website indicated they had Saturday hours and could fix the problem today, which they did. The repair costs were a little on the pricey side but I would recommend them. Jeffrey did good work and explained everything as well as the cost prior to starting the work. He also explained everything that he did upon completing the work. Again, job well done! Service excellent! Prices are crazy high!! Carlos installed a new lift master garage door opener and new hardware on an almost 60 year old garage door. The door is nearly silent!! Excellent job. Precision Garage Door Service chose to charge me $2029 for this. I priced all the parts on line. $774 Even if I add the 3 hours of labor at $150/hr total is $1284. Even if I add $200 extra for them to stock the parts and run the repair truck gas secretaries office etc. total is still $1484. So overall I think I paid about $550 over a reasonable cost for the service.

Two young fella's were here to install a new battery for the overhead door. While here they fixed another problem that I had with the door closing when the sun was shinning on it. The laser lights near the floor were out of alignment. They were really nice young men. Of course I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their overhead door.

I called Precision Door on Monday 11/9 and was given an appointment for the following morning. I was updated by text about my appointment and who would be coming to my house. Today, Tuesday 11/10 Mike Manning and another Mike came to my house at the time scheduled. They were both extremely kind and very professional & knowledgeable. I was told what was wrong and given an estimate for the work needed. I found the price to be very reasonable and told them to go ahead and do the job. They completed the work in an hour and explained everything to me. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone and thanks again Mike & Mike!!!
