I had my garage door repaired a week ago by Precision, and it needed a minor adjustment. I called, and the technician came out the next morning and fixed the problem. He was prompt (actually early!), courteous and efficient. Precision honored their warranty, and I was not charged anything for this follow up visit.

When he arrived, I explained to him what I did to repair the internals of the garage door opener and that I wanted him to set and calibrate the chain. He quoted me the price and fixed it. No specific reason for choosing Precision. They did respond quickly and were polite on the phone. Darren was excellent, knowledgable and helpful. I would probably use Precision again, even though I felt the cost was high for the amount of work done and the parts.
