Thrilled that technician called before scheduled time to give me an approximate time of arrival. He arrived at a few minutes early, was extremely courteous, and explained all aspects of what he was doing. Unfortunately, the problem was not with the garage door opener but due to lack of power (In condo where garage not attached to unit.) Would definitely use Precision again.

Despite the bitter cold outside (2-6 degrees) Bryan did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my new garage door opener. It is quiet and quick. What a huge difference from the old garage door opener. I will enjoy using it for years to come. Bryan explained everything about the door and how to keep it lubricated every year to keep it in great shape

Your technicians were polite and knowledgeable and did not try to force a sale. I liked the fact that I could get an appointment very quickly. I bought a new garage door opener, new springs and rollers. Although I have 3 garage doors I only repaired the one that was presently broken and replaced the rollers on another door that needed replacing. The spring replacement was for the third door.
