Definitely a 5+!!! After contacting the company I received a phone call from Leo within minutes and scheduled an appointment. I chose the company based on the Yellow pages ad since it is a Liftmaster authorized dealer, has 24 hour emergency service and gives a senior discount. I loved that I got a confirmation of my appointment by email and was able to see that Leo was my repairman and read all his great reviews. Leo and his assistant Julian lived up to my expectations. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with us. So far, so good!!! Feeling very confident that we will use Precision Garage Doors for any future needs and highly recommend Leo! Such a professional organization!!!

Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Excellent service at a fair price. Brian called me to give me a heads up he was coming, and even asked if I wanted a coffee because he was stopping for one on the way! Once he arrived and inspected the door, he gave me several options, one "short term" to get it working, and one more long term, to increase the life of all of it. No pressure on either option, he just laid them both out and let me chose. Work was done quickly and explained once he was done. I highly recommend Brian and the whole Precision team.

I called Precision on a Saturday morning, was able to speak to an actual human being and set up an appointent for Monday morning. I received a very detailed email from precision which included my technician's name, photo and (you are not going to believe this) the date of his last drug test - yes I said drug test! I was told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival (AND HE DID!). When tech (Brian Bi) arrived, he surveyed the issue, and gave me a very detailed review of the repairs needed. Brian also went over warranty info included with the repair (never occured to me that it would even have a warranty!). A testament to how nice Brian Bi is - our yellow lab normally goes bonkers barking at strangers when they enter our yard. Good old Calvin greeted Brian as if he was a family member - enough said! I should add that I called another garage door repair service on Friday evening, left a voicemail and did not hear back from them until Monday morning. I was more than happy to let them know that not only had I found another company to repair my door, but they were already at my home doing the repair. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Precision.

Leo Rosado just finished at our house. Our issue was hard to reproduce but he performed many diagnostics and explained to me everything he was looking for. He recommended several possible fixes for our problem and then left the decision up to me. He replaced a few components and it now seems as though things are working fine.

Service provided was excellent. Repairman knew the problem and was able to rectify and correct the difficulty that I was having opening the door. He installed a new motor, the old one was 24 years old. He worked quickly and the same day. He had all the supplies needed with him. He also replaced the original spring, which has rusted and was losing it's tensile strength. The service man was knowledgeable and neat. I appreciated being informed of his expected arrival as he proceeded through his work schedule for the day of my appointment.
