Had the same 5-star service other people have experienced, which is why I selected Precision and am writing this review. Called late morning and was able to get same day service. Brian did the repairs, calling well ahead of the scheduled time to let me know a more exact arrival time than the original 4-hour window—then called again about 25 mins before to confirm. He did a thorough review, quoted the options, then immediately performed the repair as well as lubed/tightened/etc. Prices about what you would expect but really great service, happy to recommend.

Kevin was great -- very courteous and professional. But your prices are high. He was here for an hour, made a couple minor adjustments to our garage door, which required no new parts, and the bill was $285.

Thrilled that technician called before scheduled time to give me an approximate time of arrival. He arrived at a few minutes early, was extremely courteous, and explained all aspects of what he was doing. Unfortunately, the problem was not with the garage door opener but due to lack of power (In condo where garage not attached to unit.) Would definitely use Precision again.

I made the call to make an appointment at 9:30, by 11:30 Francisco and Matt were at my home, and an hour and a half later my new garage door opener had been installed. Francisco ans Matt knew their stuff and I am very satisfied with the installation. 10/10 would use again!
