Good morning Mr. Esparragoza, Your company has changed the torsion springs and rebalance my garage door. I was at work when they did the work, I call back to have the door adjusted properly because there was a very bad sound that did do before. Your company sent another person that wanted to charge again (I paid $660 for a torsion springs and new door roller...very salty!!)...that technician suggested my son to remove some metal guides found in older door that seem to be the problem. My son removed them, they noise reduced somewhat but still there...in few words, even though that was two months ago, I felt that your technicians were not fully qualified to do the work and pay $ 660 for 2 hours of work is not right. I believe you can see that I am an unhappy customer because so much good talking in your website and your company does not stand behind the work it does but charge big bucks does not miss...It is a shame that those good days when people were proud to do good work are gone!! this is not only with your company but with any contactor that I call, they now how to sell themselves but the quality of their work is unacceptable.. they just come to collect a check.

Precision Door selected due to proximity of company to home plus number of positive customer reviews/comments. Tech Rainier Salcedo was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and did an outstanding job. My springs were broken and based on the quality of his work, I asked his opinion on any other improvements I could make to improve the door’s performance and based on his recommendation, I decided to also have him install all new rollers as well. Rainier exemplifies why the service sector is the economic engine of Miami.
