JC AntUnez called 10 minutes before arriving, and arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Gave me several alternatives, and completed the repair and additional work I selected in the time he said it would take. The door is working great and after he lubricated the hinges, is super-quiet. Thank you JC!

Installer JuanCarlos Antunez right on time and was extremely professional. Very knowledgeable in his trade. Explained to me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. For any company good service and friendly employees makes customers spread the word. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing work on they're garage door.
