I had an installation problem with a new Liftmaster garage door opener. I wrote an email to Precision and got a call back from the president of the company, offering to make it right and they did. The sent out a new garage door opener (a better model) within a couple of days, installed it and now it works perfectly. Thank you very, very much.

I thought I had purchased a Liftmaster 8355, which the technician said would have MyFi capability. That is the sole reason I bought the 8355. The technician advised that Prevision does not sell the Internet gateway, which I purchased separately. When I went to install it, I found that apparently the technician installed a model 3265-267, which does not have the wifi capability (and is cheaper than the more expensive model 8355, for which I was charged a pretty high price) Very unhappy today.

We are sending a senior technician back out, with a superior wifi enabled unit to install for you, and you can just return your internet gateway. Alex is a true professional. Upon arrival, he introduced himself (and his assistant) with a hand shake and smile then asked what problems were being experienced with the door. He quickly identified the cause and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he suggested replacing the 10 guide rollers as the original ones were badly worn. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. Thanks Alex, for doing an excellent job !!!!

Same day service! Repairman was running a bit late but he called to advise me of this. He made a special trip back to his shop to get the weather stripping I needed. It was late in the day by then but he still came back and completed my project rather than make me wait till the next day.
