I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Miami team. I have a very heavy 12' x 12' door which was becoming dangerous to operate and they fixed it and installed an automatic opener which is amazing. They had to come back 3 time for adjustments, and always did so promptly and free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

The technician that went to do regular maintenance on my garage door did not meet my expectations. I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with the owner, Robert, he immediately apologized and scheduled an appointment with me to perform the maintenance on my garage door himself. He was prompt and took his time to inspect, tighten up hardware and check the door balance. He mentioned to me that I will need to replace my rollers but that it was nothing the needed my immediate attention at this time. I was pleased with his honesty and professionalism.

I was in need to install the garage door opener and I called Precision after i tried several other companies. The Precision offered me a service same day. The technician, Fabian, performed a job on a higly professional level. He was pleasant to talk and explained to me that in my best interest i have to replace the rolleres as the original one give too much noise and out of the code. I took his recommendation seriosly and agreed on change.

I have been a general contractor in South Florida for 18 years and was in need of replacement panels for several garage doors at an apartment complex. After being let down by the company I had previously used, I called Precision based on reviews and reputation and have been pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied so far. I needed my project to be addressed quickly and Robert and Edward met me on site next day. They were on time, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable and are capable of handling my project within the timeline I requested. We have not installed any of the doors yet and I will update or add another review once the work is complete but so far I am 100% satisfied and believe that I have found my go-to company for any garage door service and installation moving forward. You rarely get service like this company offers. My appointment window was exact, and the technician was polite and willing to explain everything. They do a great job from ordering through payment, all on an iPad. And there was no paperwork to sign in triplicate and later scan. Instead, I got everything emailed to me same day (same minute!).

Three years ago I had a garage door installed with Precision and was totally satisfied with the service and professional installation of this company. Now I needed an electric opener and I called them again, this is how businesses grow by offering good service and quality products. I called in the morning and the tech was here within one and half hours. Less than two hours later it was done. The technician, Rainier Salcedo, is a true professional. I chose Precision Door Service because of their experience, time servicing the south Florida area and their fast and professional ability to respond to my home and repair what was needed. The Technician, Juan, was on time, very professional, and patiently explained what was needed, and gave me several options on how to approach the repair and how much I would pay for each option. My springs and rollers were replaced in December by Juan Menendez. Because of that experience, I called them last week to repair my garage door where the connection with the opener had broken. This repair was done by Robert Esparragoza, the owner. In both cases the receptionist was very pleasant and responsive and an appointment was easily scheduled. The technicians arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and were very friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. This service could not have been better. I am happy to recommend them unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating, only because there is nothing higher!
