Exceptional!!! Words cannot describe. I had the most amazing customer experience with Precision. Beginning with the appointment set up with Jenny. Very professional and courteous. When the appointment arrived, I was met with Juan who was extraordinary. He was also Very professional, courteous and VERY knowledgeable. His experience is a great asset to the company. He worked diligently and repaired my garage door leaving it working like new. I am extremely satisfied and A VERY HAPPY Customer. Price was well worth it. I thought it would take like two days to fix, but Juan fixed it fast. Thanks again.

I need a new garage door and the website provide me with the information I needed to know, the assurance of dealing with a serious company and the ability to chat with a representative that responded to all my questions and allow me to schedule a visit for an estimate with the technicians the same day. The technicians, Jan Carlos and Ryan were very professional and knowledgeable and provided me with several options for the door replacement including the required permits, all very reasonably priced. They will be definitively my first choice when ready to do the job.

***** 5 star ***** The recommendations from my Gables neighbors was true. Juan and his partner ( sorry, don't remember your name ) came on time, and inspected my Sears garage door opener and the entire garage door apparatus. They walked me through the various issues and gave me salient advice as to their recommendation. Their thoroughness and care gave me confidence to have them replace the garage door opener with one of their brand. The installation was flawless and they cleaned up their work area well. The garage door is now more safe, more quiet and closes with a perfect seal on the bottom. Excellent performance.

Great service, prompt and courteous. I called another company on Monday. Will not even mention their names, but it starts with an A.......They promised they were coming out every day since Monday, and to this day, Thursday, July 19th, they still have not shown up or even called. I called Precision today and within a couple of hours they were here and my garage door fixed. 10 star service.

Excellent service. Technician, Ray Salcedo, was very competent neat and polite. I am still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me with the detailed explanation of what was done. I called them today to ask that this be taken care of and I was assured the receipt would be emailed to me within the hour. I will give them 5 stars once this is accomplished.

I was very impressed with the service. I was given three estimates to choose from and the service man had everything on the truck and changed out my whole system in less then 2 hours. The service man was polite, explained everything and cleaned up after he was done.

I contacted Precision to change my garage door opener and received excellent service, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Within 1 hour of my call I had an appointment for the same day, Ray was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, he explained the repair options to me at different price ranges. Best of all he had all the parts with him, he replaced my opener and left my garage exactly as he found it. This garage door opener is the best I have ever had and the service was definitely 5 star.
