I am very upset with Precision door company because you have treated me very dishonored in putting me in a Collection Agency without any written notice when I Paid in full to your technician Brent two checks for the total amount of $614.70, in which I have proof of payment that I paid to your technician right after he finished his work.I have a receipt of payment. I am very upset and disappointed how you are treating me illegal to put me in a collection agency. I'm not going to pay TWICE. This is very irresposible way to treat a customer. I will never recommend any friend or family member to do any business with this irresponsible company. Hope you can solve this issue as soon as possible before I take legal action.

The service technicians who made the service call to our home were extremely professional and technically proficient. They pointed out what needed to be done (some of which I was aware of) and the different price points. However, the price point for the total repair was too high. Given that my wife and I rarely use the garage, we are retired, and the lack of repairs did not impact the Hurricane sufficiency of the garage door, we declined to have the repairs done.

Excellent service -- our garage door was stuck in the down position on Saturday afternoon -- called Precision, they assigned the service call to a technician who arrived within two hours. Door opening device and springs needed to be replaced. The technician worked well into Saturday evening to complete the job.

It was not honored even though the clear language showed it should have been. white your tech was very professional, as you did not show the groupon in your system, nothing got done DO NOT SEND ME A STATEMENT AS NO WORK DONE!!! I have seen your business in Angie's list and also in flyers I receive in the mail.. I made the appointment on Monday and Brent arrived on time the next day. He was very professional. Explained everything to me about my "old" (which I know is) system. I have been here for 18 years and it came with the house. He put the wires together and he said it will work until "as I say" its last demise. He quoted me an estimate to upgrade the system in plain language and also sent me the estimate in my email. He was very informative and congenial in every way. If and when it "dies on me", I will certainly call Precision to repair my garage door system.

Thank you for sending Juan. My garage door was jammed half way open. I called your company after finding them on the internet offering 24/7 emergency service. He arrived promptly, rather late at night and was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and qualified. I would rate this service a 5 . He was excellent .

Our technician, (Brent) was so intelligent and informative! From the initial phone call to completion of the work, this company was attentive and professional. We required immediate attention and scheduled a same day service. Precision was attentive in learning about our problem, and scheduled service for today. Brent actually phoned us and determined that he could arrive early and he diagnosed our problem quickly. He educated us about the quality of our garage door and gave us options about the repairs available to us. My husband observed that Brent totally knew what he was doing.
