I am a repeat customer of Precision. I called them this morning at around 7:15. The repairman, Juan, was at my house before 8:00 & finished the repair by 8:30! Juan is very knowledgeable & efficient, as well as personable. I am very happy with Precision & Juan's work. Thanks!!

Excellent service. Technician, Ray Salcedo, was very competent neat and polite. I am still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me with the detailed explanation of what was done. I called them today to ask that this be taken care of and I was assured the receipt would be emailed to me within the hour. I will give them 5 stars once this is accomplished.

I have seen your business in Angie's list and also in flyers I receive in the mail.. I made the appointment on Monday and Brent arrived on time the next day. He was very professional. Explained everything to me about my "old" (which I know is) system. I have been here for 18 years and it came with the house. He put the wires together and he said it will work until "as I say" its last demise. He quoted me an estimate to upgrade the system in plain language and also sent me the estimate in my email. He was very informative and congenial in every way. If and when it "dies on me", I will certainly call Precision to repair my garage door system.

Same day service! Repairman was running a bit late but he called to advise me of this. He made a special trip back to his shop to get the weather stripping I needed. It was late in the day by then but he still came back and completed my project rather than make me wait till the next day.

Exceptional!!! Words cannot describe. I had the most amazing customer experience with Precision. Beginning with the appointment set up with Jenny. Very professional and courteous. When the appointment arrived, I was met with Juan who was extraordinary. He was also Very professional, courteous and VERY knowledgeable. His experience is a great asset to the company. He worked diligently and repaired my garage door leaving it working like new. I am extremely satisfied and A VERY HAPPY Customer. Price was well worth it. I thought it would take like two days to fix, but Juan fixed it fast. Thanks again.
