Josh was very professional, diagnosed our problem and installed a new opener for us in just a couple of hours. He told us our existing motor was burnt out and no longer in production. One of my garage doors wouldn’t go go down all the way. I had a coupon for Precision garage doors. When I called, they were very courteous and gave me an appt the next day. Joshua, my technician analyzed the problem, told me the cost based on the age of the door(very old) fixing the immediate problem, and the cost replacing more parts to upgrade system.
