We found Precision I'm the local phone book this morning. We were told the service man would be here between 1-5 today. He arrived at 4:45. Travis looked at the garage door and diagnosed what the problem was. Travis made suggestions which we agreed to and did the repairs. He finished the repair quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. He as truly an asset to your company. On a scale from 1-5 I give Precision Door and Travis 5 stars. Fantastic. Said they would be here between 8-12. I got a call about 8:15 and Justin said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes. He was. He analyzed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes or so. But here is the real news. He figured out that the reason the door was sticking was because I had painted the wall beside the track, not the track itself, and that was preventing the track from flexing enough to allow the door to close smoothly. I think that was fantastic, real service and knowledge! Way to go Justin.

They preformed the service I purchase a complete garage door tune-up for 100.00. It was a great deal and they did an excellent job. I asked a lot of questions, Travis my service provider took the time to answer them fully for me. Now I understand my "garage door" a lot better. My door had also broke loose from the hinge that lifts it with the automatic opener. I paid a small fee and Travis replaced it with a better piece, now the door works and sounds so much smoother. I also asked him what to lubricate the door tracks with, he told me what to purchase and how to apply it properly.

Last December, we were having problems with one garage door closing and received your advertisement in a Value-pack, so we called. We were put on the schedule for a visit very promptly. Travis came out and quickly assessed our situation, installed one new door and got the second one operating correctly. We were quite pleased. However there was one glitch, with the door sometimes requiring us to hold the button down on the panel to close. We decided not to call during the cold of the winter and just got around to calling now. Again, a very prompt appointment and Travis arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and corrected it.

Travis was at our house today fixing one door where a cable broke, then giving both doors a tune-up. He phoned first when 15 minutes away, then phoned again once outside our door. He took a look, explained the problem in detail, it was a less complicated problem than I thought which was a relief. Travis worked efficiently and before he left the doors were not only tuned but spotless on the inside.

When my 31 year old garage door opener finally quit working I went to the phone book and called several over head door companies. Precision is the one that I ended up doing business with. I will recommend them for all overhead door repairs or replacements. Darren showed up when he said he would and was very informative on all the door openers. I ended up getting the top of the line Lift Master with battery back up. Yes it was a bit more than I wanted to spend but now that it's here, I love the new door opener. It's so quiet as compared to the old opener. He said that it would be about an hour to install and he was right. Again I must say that I'm VERY happy with my purchase and would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of repair or replacement.

I had a coupon from Angie's list to replace the rollers on one of our garage doors. I was very impressed with the initial contact I had with the service rep making the appointment. My home was sold and the night before the walk through, something happened to door and I wasn't able to close it. I called in the pm because they had 24 hour service and was told the cost, but if I could wait until morning they would have someone out to help me and it would not be as costly. Being a senior i waited, the young man that came the next day did a wonderful job, very professional and personable, can't say enough good things about the company. I found Precision on the Internet. Everyone's comments were so positive, that I thought I would give it a try. I cannot tell you enough how satisfied I am with their service! I called about a repair and to get an estimate on two new garage doors. Darren was the service person who came and he assessed the situation very quickly. Instead of trying to up sell me, he gave me an honest assessment and went about doing only work that was necessary. Justin was 30 minutes early, called 15 minutes before he arrived, was professional, personable and efficient. He evaluated the door promptly and was clear about pricing. He also assessed and inspected the system and left it in excellent working order. It performed better than when originally installed! As a pilot,drug testing should be universal, particularly for those at the controls.
