Repairman Travis T. arrived early, completely explained what was needed to complete repair, and finished the repair quickly. He also reviewed all the work with me prior to leaving. I chose Precision after waiting numerous weeks for an insufficient response from a competitor. A quick online search led me to Precision, and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. Darren was able to fix my very old door opener and provide me with new remotes. Previous to this, I could only open the door by nosing the front of my car up to the door itself! Now the door functions perfectly!

the motor on the garage door opener was 16 years old and it just stoped working, therefore it ment either replacing it or open the garage door by hand. Needless to say we chose a new garage door motor and the young man named Justin installed it. When I checked my manuel that came with the old garage door opener I realized It was back in 1996 when that was installed. Good Job Justin. thank you Arlene and Jim Pugliatti

Installer was excellent: very efficient, very respectful, Cleaned up after himself. It was clear that he was very conmpetent and highly skilled. There were only two issues: 1. One of the opener pad butons was broken (this happens), and 2. The back-up batteries for the openers were missing. That said, another Technician returned the next day and repaired the button, and installed the batteries.
