My Service Technician was Darren and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very satisfied with his work but somewhat taken aback by the $69.00 charge to come to my house plus an $85.00 hourly charge whether or not it took that much time to fix my problem. I gave you 5 stars because of Darren's work but may have to look further afield if I need more work done in the future.

Fixed door well. My disappointment is that the company could not provide service quicker and we had to experience two days and two nights with a wide open garage door in the middle of winter.

Great service. Travis arrived on time to replace springs and safety cables on one my garage doors. He made several recommendations and performed the repair I requested. He was professional, courteous and made the repairs efficiently and in a timely fashion, and was finished within a half hour.

Great service! Polite, friendly and prompt technician, explained the problem and options to solve it.. I ended up needing a new motor for the garage door opener. After installing it,the technician explained the new features and showed how everything works. Very positive experience in every way!

We were informed that our door openings were not properly constructed by other contractors, & didn't want to do the job to install new doors. Mr. Glenn Gualtieri, your Area Mgr., who was very informative & explained everything to us in terms we understood, said that Precision would fit the openings to properly install the new doors (our old doors were not fit properly). Glenn was extremely knowledgeable, polite & pleasant. The technicians who installed the doors were excellent workers and did a great job. We are so very pleased with the work done, the beauty of the doors which adds to our home, the quietness of the doors opening/closing and also for the insulation which is keeping our garage & rooms above the garage much warmer!!!

I originally chose Precision Door because you stated that you took special care to background screen/drug screen your employees. That is so important when someone is coming into your home. I was also interested in your very quick turnaroud - both of my calls to Precision were attended to within 24-48 hours and at my convenience. Both of the service techs that came out were very professional and handled all of my questions fully. I am so pleased with the service thus far and will direct all of my future needs to Precision. (You do need to add your Fairfield County town/cities to your pull down menu - Westport!)
