Dear Mr. Bencsko We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!! It was a pleasure to speak with Tina at the Brookfield, Ct number. She was sympathetic and very helpful regarding service and coupon options. It was nice to deal with professional customer service! Ricardo C. our serviceman, was quite amazing. He arrived on time, performed his diagnostics and clearly apprised me of all the options available for necessary work. I was impressed by his professional demeanor, exceptional courtesy and length and breadth of his technical knowledge. He clearly had a great deal of patience and quite definitely a sense of humor, since he had to deal with my persistent coupon questions. We were very impressed with our human interactions with your company and the excellent level of workmanship. The customer service level we received was about 15, on a scale of 1 to 10! Leo came bright and early so I didn't have to wait around and as often happens, the door opener started to work, but he found frayed wires and pulleys and replaced those and then tightened the bolts on the door hinges. Very professional and we just need to get the overwhelming number of stickers that the other company plastered all over the garage off and have precision stickers only going forward. CGA

I first contacted your company about two years ago and was impressed with your service. When a problem arose this morning, Saturday, I phoned but was afraid you would be closed. Not so. A very polite, efficient and friendly voice answered the phone and promptly dispatched a technician, Travis. Travis assessed the situation, we discussed purchasing a new door -- no pressure, no hard sell, just facts and good advice. We are now waiting for our new door! The technician came on schedule and did a very good job of figuring out why our garage door was occasionally sticking and jamming. He fixed the problem (worn out parts in the cables, pulleys, and springs) after first giving me a decent range of three estimates for repairs: cheap, medium, and expensive with warrantees to match. I felt like I was in good hands, especially after calling another vendor a few weeks before who couldn't find the problem and basically tried to sell me an entirely new door.

Needed service and saw your website after. Google search. Chose to call you for your claim 24/7 within 4 hrs guaranteed. After calling, your customer service person claimed there wouldn't be anyone available till Monday. I was disappointed and ticked off after my interpretation of your web site. I thought it was really misleading. However your customer rep put me on hold and was able to fined one of your technicians Leo to come out by 3:30. I was happy at the reply. Turns out my out let has broken where door opener is plugged in. Leo helped me get things set up till I have an electrician repair the outlet. I'll be reaching out to your company in the future when I need service or new equipment. Thanks Steve Seager

Our technician, Leo, was very knowledgable and professional. I called as our opener was not functioning properly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He fixed it by adjusting the door opener but explained that the real problem was the wear and age of the rollers. While he had the door functioning again, he did suggest changing the rollers either now or in the future. He explained our two options - pay for just the service call as the adjustment to the opener required no materials or replace the rollers as well. We opted to change the rollers. He estimated the work to take about 1/2 hour and he was finished as he predicted. Overall, we were very happy with Leo's service.

Leo did a great job on replacing the spring and reviewed the whole system. Very professional. Suggested replacement of the rollers given the condition and age but no heavy selling. Generally commented favorably on a 30 year old system. Got immediate response and service on a Saturday. Will definitely call again if needed. 5stars.
