Travis called me first thing in toe morning on the day he was coming for service and gave me an estimated time he would arrive at my house, he then called again to confirm his time and was on time. He was very professional. explained what was wrong with my system and what he was going to do to fix it. I felt that he respected my time and intelligence by explaining the problem and solution and what I can do from having the problem happen again. I have never used Precision Door Service before , But I would definitely recommend them...very professional.

My garage door opener would not work,so I had to open it manually . I had just gotten the value pack ads in the mail. There was an ad from Precision door service. Travis T is the technician who arrived at my home this morning, right on time, to service my non-functioning garage door opener. He worked in a freezing cold garage on a day where the outside temperature is zero degrees without a complaint and installed a replacement garage door opener (our old one was 16 years old) in less than an hour. He explained our options before he got started, did not apply any pressure to make any particular choice, and left us with a perfectly running door opener, key pad and remote at a reasonable, affordable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Travis and Precision Door Service to friends and relatives. As a matter of fact I sent Travis to visit my next door neighbor who called me when he saw the truck in my driveway because he has been having problems with his garage door as well.

Landed up with a broken garage door on a cold morning. The only service I managed to reach who were able to help was Precision. The person who answered the phone was quick and was able to get someone to take care of us quickly. We called Precision when our garage door opener quit unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. It happened to be one of the coldest weekends we've had so far this winter. I was excited to learn that their technicians work on Sundays at no additional charge. Brian came the next day, after calling to let me know he would be running late, and again to tell me he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite, and gave us his opinion regarding repairing versus replacing our 13 year old unit. We opted to replace and Brian set to work in our freezing garage for 1 1/2 hours to get us working again. We were 100% satisfied with our experience and will definitely call Precision to replace our other door (when it is warmer weather, of course!). Despite the bitter cold outside (2-6 degrees) Bryan did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my new garage door opener. It is quiet and quick. What a huge difference from the old garage door opener. I will enjoy using it for years to come.
