Feeling very good that I am a Precision customer! I had a new garage door opener installed in April, 2014. I have been thrilled with it ever since. Approximately 2 weeks ago, the remote stopped working. I followed all the instructions available about how to reset it but had no luck. I finally called Precision and they were able to send a technician the next day. Needless to say, Darren was able to fix the problem. I have never been disappointed with Precision!!

Well, DON'T I FEEL STUPID !! I am embarrassed to have to admit that the latest problem was my own fault--the door lock was ON !! MY APOLOGIES...for jumping the gun & assuming the worst. Justin came out here & showed me my mistake. Feel like the biggest fool EVER. Sorry also to Brian--thanks for your kindness & patience. To top it off--they gave me a free battery back-up!!!! Precision Door Service is always solid, have used them before and just moved into a new house where the opener didn't work. Called Precision and they showed up on time and installed a new opener with a keypad and two remotes in short order and for an excellent price. Going to need a new garage door and will definitely be using them. Highly recommended.
