The keypad to open my garage door wasn't working anymore. I did an internet search and this company caught my eye because of the standard rapid response time they advertised. Darren was the technician dispatched to do the job and he was an excellent representative of your company. Very personable, informative and efficient. I was very much satisfied with Brian's service Dec. 26, , for the garage door assembly on my 47 Maltbie Ave. Stamford house. Brian called me a few minutes before arriving, and then arrived on time. He next carefully and thoroughly explained to me the operation of the garage door and how he intended to proceed with its repair (with broken cable and spring on the floor). Although he first thought he would finish in about half an hour, the job took him nearly two hours, as he worked carefully, and thoroughly, since it's an old 1950's door, with some parts today unavailable. He succeeded in restoring its operation, and in the future, based on the brochure he explained and gave to me, I'll be ordering two new doors for the garage. Brian certainly rates five stars! A solid FIVE from the person answering the phone to the technician providing the service. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained what was involved in the service. He then did some quick trouble shooting on one of my doors not closing properly before performing maintenance. When he was finished, my garage doors were running quieter and smoother and my garage door opener was working. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Our garage door spring broke over a weekend and when no one else answered on a Sunday, these guys did and made an appointment. By Tuesday, our garage door was operational again and Leo did a fast, friendly repair while explaining everything. We even needed a further adjustment after the repair and Leo came back out and took the 5 minutes to make the adjustment at no charge under their 90 Day Warranty. Thanks!

Precision Door was great. They came the same day I called them to fix the door that had come off track due to a car backing into the door. They got the door back on track and fixed the track so the door opened smoothly.

I called on a Sunday morning because the garage door would not close. Within about two hours the technician Justin showed up. He was PERFECT! One of the sensors had to be moved, which he did. He also noticed a loose bracket bolt and end piece which he fixed. I NEVER would have seen it. He lubricated some parts also. Here's the point. The company that did the install wouldn't come out, but Precision did. My wife's car had to be picked up in Westchester,and I was VERY stressed out. Precision REALLY helped me without excuses, or any attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Absolutely perfect experience, and I greatly appreciate it.
