Definitely recommend these guys. We had Travis as our service tech...very knowledgeable, came in the late afternoon, stayed for several hours, preventing him from attending a xmas party. Initially I thought we needed a new garage door opener. When Leo arrived to do some maintenance on the doors he explained that the root cause was actually weak springs. Leo replaced the springs, fixed our existing safety eyes and the door (and opener) now works perfectly well. Leo knows his stuff and he took the time to explain the system to me. He is a real gentleman.

I chose Precision to repair two garage doors after researching several companies on the internet. My decision was heavily weighted on customer reviews. The customer service representative was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with a confirmation email. My technician, Leo R, called 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be here as scheduled. Leo was very professional and efficient. After completing a safety inspection he gave me several options and recommendations for the required repairs. One door required a new door opener and the other required a door re-build kit. Leo said the work would take approximately 2 hours to complete. He had all the parts required for the job in his truck, and completed the job (including clean-up) within the estimated time frame. Both doors operate smoothly and are much quieter. I would definitely call Precision for future work, and I highly recommend this company.

Good Afternoon, I needed assistance in determining the condition of my garage door and all the noise and jams occurring. I decided to go to the Stamford Yellow Pages and found your advertisement. The first thing that caught my eye was your location. You listed a Stamford location. I kept looking at your ad and noticed other features for appointments. I called and the appt. was made so fast, the next morning. That seemed amazing to me. Travis called to notify me he was on the way. Right on time. We discussed the problem and decided it was about time the garage door be replaced. He took specs of the existing garage door. I looked through the book and found our original garage door was shown. This time in steel instead of wood. We picked an insulation and the style windows and color (white). He quoted me a price. I accepted. He called in the order. Hopefully I will receive the new garage door in 2-3 wks. Travis knows his stuff. He was polite, helpful, and very attentive to my needs. He assisted me with what I was looking for.
