They preformed the service I purchase a complete garage door tune-up for 100.00. It was a great deal and they did an excellent job. I asked a lot of questions, Travis my service provider took the time to answer them fully for me. Now I understand my "garage door" a lot better. My door had also broke loose from the hinge that lifts it with the automatic opener. I paid a small fee and Travis replaced it with a better piece, now the door works and sounds so much smoother. I also asked him what to lubricate the door tracks with, he told me what to purchase and how to apply it properly.

When my 31 year old garage door opener finally quit working I went to the phone book and called several over head door companies. Precision is the one that I ended up doing business with. I will recommend them for all overhead door repairs or replacements. Darren showed up when he said he would and was very informative on all the door openers. I ended up getting the top of the line Lift Master with battery back up. Yes it was a bit more than I wanted to spend but now that it's here, I love the new door opener. It's so quiet as compared to the old opener. He said that it would be about an hour to install and he was right. Again I must say that I'm VERY happy with my purchase and would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of repair or replacement.

My home was sold and the night before the walk through, something happened to door and I wasn't able to close it. I called in the pm because they had 24 hour service and was told the cost, but if I could wait until morning they would have someone out to help me and it would not be as costly. Being a senior i waited, the young man that came the next day did a wonderful job, very professional and personable, can't say enough good things about the company. I will use again if the need arises, they saved the day for me. Honest and polite, just nice people to do business with.

I found Precision on the Internet. Everyone's comments were so positive, that I thought I would give it a try. I cannot tell you enough how satisfied I am with their service! I called about a repair and to get an estimate on two new garage doors. Darren was the service person who came and he assessed the situation very quickly. Instead of trying to up sell me, he gave me an honest assessment and went about doing only work that was necessary. Needless to say, I did not need new garage doors and he was honest enough to let me know that. I will absolutely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

Darren was very nice and installed a new motor, sensors and main switch in under an hour. More than I expected to spend, however the unit is over 20 years old. Overall I was very satisfied. Same day service!

Travis called 15 minutes before arriving. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He cleaned the rails and replaced the rollers ver quickly. At my request, he looked at the opener mechanism. It is beginning to show signs of wear but may last one year, he advised. My door and opener were installed in 1987. Travis is a knowledgable technician. Excellent service.

Very happy with service. Service was for the repair of a broken garage door cable. Repairman Travis T. arrived early, completely explained what was needed to complete repair, and finished the repair quickly. He also reviewed all the work with me prior to leaving. The entire experience, from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the service call, through the follow up was excellent. Travis was great. He explained the problem, outlined the various options for fixing it, and installed our new door opener in record time. He was professional and courteous. He's a fantastic asset to your company. We were informed that our door openings were not properly constructed by other contractors, & didn't want to do the job to install new doors. Mr. Glenn Gualtieri, your Area Mgr., who was very informative & explained everything to us in terms we understood, said that Precision would fit the openings to properly install the new doors (our old doors were not fit properly). Glenn was extremely knowledgeable, polite & pleasant. The technicians who installed the doors were excellent workers and did a great job. We are so very pleased with the work done, the beauty of the doors which adds to our home, the quietness of the doors opening/closing and also for the insulation which is keeping our garage & rooms above the garage much warmer!!!
