I have had Precision garage doors for 10 years and love them. Recently I had a problem (my first) and called for service. They were here the next day. It seems I had knocked a sensor loose, The technician, who called twice before arriving to keep me informed of his arrival time and could not have been friendlier, fixed it and I was never charged for the call or the service. Doug, we are very pleased with the prompt response from Precision. Your technician was able to determine the problem in short time and suggested contacting Chamberlain directly to let them know about the failure of the logic board since the unit was manufactured in March of 2021. After reviewing all information requested by the Chamberlain tech, she confirmed the problem and approved the free replacement of the logic board which will take about a week. Thank you again for your quick and generous response.

What an excellent experience, from making the appointment to completion of the work! I especially love the communication texts to confirm appointments, providing information on the employee (including a picture!) and sending updates and tracking on arrival. Once I made a decision, he went to work and within an hour my door was operating like new. In addition, he assessed my other garage door and determined it was in good shape adding some lubricant to keep it operating well. He was a pleasure. I would recommend their service.

Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly.
