Our installation of a new garage door opener was very satisfactory. The service technician, Travis, called about 1-1/2 hours before his arrival to give me a more precise time. The weather was not great, and he arrived in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the products and spent time reviewing options and then the operation of the door. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

Our Technician Travis was extremely helpful and courteous. He called prior to his arrival, and was on the early side of our service time window. Travis was professional but also personable and took the time to explain everything and what the pricing would be. We needed several different services and he accomplished all. He installed new sensors, installed and synced a new keypad, installed a new logic board to preserve my existing unit and even synced our existing remotes. Finally I have fully functional doors with a keypad. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. Good work!

Leo R. inspected the garage rails, motors and sensors, tested for potential problems and offered different solutions. I ended up replacing the entire system (motor, rail and sensor). The door new system is working great and I'd like to continue working with Leo for next appointment. There is one charge that I think should have been waived after replacing the entire system which is the visit fee.

Travis repaired both of my doors which had stopped moving up or down. He replaced several parts that were either old or damaged. He did a fantastic job and did it quickly and neatly, and to my complete satisfaction. The doors now work as good as new, and if I need any other repair or maintenance work, I would very much like to have Travis here again.

Definitely recommend these guys. We had Travis as our service tech...very knowledgeable, came in the late afternoon, stayed for several hours, preventing him from attending a xmas party. We really appreciated it...kept us in the loop during the entire experience. Our spring coil had snapped on our 500 lb. door. They responded promptly and arrived when they said they would. The technician was very polite and definitely knew what he was doing and was efficient. He replaced the rollers and one broken bracket then tighted all the bolts and screws. The door works better than ever and it's even quieter. The price was also very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends.

Technician arrived in record time & had no difficulty anylizing and fixing the problem. He appeared to be knowledgable and very presentable. The problem by the way lay with the two sensors which were misaligned.

Last December, we were having problems with one garage door closing and received your advertisement in a Value-pack, so we called. We were put on the schedule for a visit very promptly. Travis came out and quickly assessed our situation, installed one new door and got the second one operating correctly. We were quite pleased. However there was one glitch, with the door sometimes requiring us to hold the button down on the panel to close. We decided not to call during the cold of the winter and just got around to calling now. Again, a very prompt appointment and Travis arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and corrected it.

although PGD is fast and courteous I am always very surprised at the quotes I am given for new equipment and the amounts I am charged for service. For instance, a service person quoted $700.00 for a new motor for one opener..on the web the replacement motor for my unit costs @ 72.00 USD. Not sure why any motor would cost $700.00. In the end PGD is a professional operation but one I will no longer use them due to the very high prices they charge.

I chose Precision after waiting numerous weeks for an insufficient response from a competitor. A quick online search led me to Precision, and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. Darren was able to fix my very old door opener and provide me with new remotes. Previous to this, I could only open the door by nosing the front of my car up to the door itself! the motor on the garage door opener was 16 years old and it just stoped working, therefore it ment either replacing it or open the garage door by hand. Needless to say we chose a new garage door motor and the young man named Justin installed it. Installer was excellent: very efficient, very respectful, Cleaned up after himself. It was clear that he was very conmpetent and highly skilled. There were only two issues: 1. One of the opener pad butons was broken (this happens), and 2. The back-up batteries for the openers were missing. That said, another Technician returned the next day and repaired the button, and installed the batteries.
