Within 3 hours of calling the Precision technician arrived. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained my options, their costs, and provided a point of view of the best solution to fit my needs. New openers were installed on the same visit, as Travis came prepared with a well stocked work truck. After the installation was complete I was walked through everything I needed to know and Travis even programmed the garage door buttons in our cars. He left the work site clean and was one of the most respectable and professional technicians that has ever worked on my home.

You installed my Liftmaster 2 years ago and I thought it was a job well done. I believe Travis did that installation. This time I required a service call to repair the wall button. I found your technician, Darren, to be very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Fantastic. Said they would be here between 8-12. I got a call about 8:15 and Justin said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes. He was. He analyzed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes or so. But here is the real news. He figured out that the reason the door was sticking was because I had painted the wall beside the track, not the track itself, and that was preventing the track from flexing enough to allow the door to close smoothly. I think that was fantastic, real service and knowledge! Way to go Justin.

We found Precision on the Internet, read the reviews, and after speaking with a few other companies we decided to give Precision a try. Our decision was also based on the professionalism and knowledge of the customer service associate I spoke to. I now regret not taking down her name as she was extremely helpful. Bottom line, we are very pleased with our decision. Travis Thornton was the service technician who serviced our door and showed us the same courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge we first experienced over the phone.
