I randomly searched for garage door repair and found Precision by chance. It was the best move I made. I called late afternoon on Tuesday and was able to get an early morning appointment the next day! Brian J X Birchler was the techician who came to the job. He arrived on time and was professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in his field and kept the work area clean & neat. Needless to say he repaired my garage door opener and it appears as if I have a new door opener. Brian & Precision definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Very good service and fast. Tech was polite and professional and gave sound recommendations. He didn't have all the materials needed for the job so has to come back and schedule another visit but it was my second time using them and it all worked out again. The service tech was wonderful. Though I was not pleased with the price, he explained everything ahead of time, and there were no surprises at the end. He was totally professional and and took care of everything in a timely manner. My only comment is that you say appointments are available at all hours, but i had to wait until Monday, and was given a 4 hour window from 1 PM to 5PM, with a half hour notice. That does not go with your ad on-line. As far as the service, very pleased with the gentleman who did did the repairs.

Leo was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. My door was stuck and the opener wasn't working but he was able to reset my tracks and service my door in 45 minutes. He also walked me through general maintenance to keep the door running properly in the future.

Big Mike and Carlos (?) were on time and know their stuff. They are experts and worked very efficiently to get the job done. Both if them were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and get things connected to the remote in the car as well as explain the operating parameters of the system. They are very customer focused. If I could do more than a 5 star I would. I needed a new motor and electronics and they got the job done.

Very informative website, competitive pricing. Greg, Julian and Leonardo did a great job with the door and opener installation. 5 star rating. The only issue was two cancelled installation dates by Precision Door before the job was done, somewhat inconvenient, but they discounted the total cost slightly and the opener was not on the truck with the door, leading to a return visit to install it. A 3 Star rating for the office/organizational side of things. All said I would recommend Precision Door to other people.

Definitely a 5+!!! After contacting the company I received a phone call from Leo within minutes and scheduled an appointment. I chose the company based on the Yellow pages ad since it is a Liftmaster authorized dealer, has 24 hour emergency service and gives a senior discount. I loved that I got a confirmation of my appointment by email and was able to see that Leo was my repairman and read all his great reviews. Leo and his assistant Julian lived up to my expectations. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with us. So far, so good!!! Feeling very confident that we will use Precision Garage Doors for any future needs and highly recommend Leo! Such a professional organization!!!
