Justin arrived during the time frame scheduled. He called before he arrived. I really appreciated the fact that Precision had sent the technicianâ??s name and photo, so I was sure that I was dealing with your representative. Justin quickly identified the problem and installed a new circuit board but found the new board did not work correctly. He made arrangements to return the next day with a new circuit board. In fact, he returned later that night â?? after 6:30 P.M. â?? with the new circuit board explaining that the schedule for the following day was full and he didnâ??t want me to have to wait any longer for the repair. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to our needs.

I had a concern with the height/position of my safety sensors. Darren came back out(after having installed the new opener a few days before) and explained why it was placed where it is. Also, he changed the force pressure and assured me the sensor was ok. I truly appreciated him coming back out to address my concern.
